Description

This beautiful war sake cup commemorates the victory of the Japanese Army in Manchuria (MANCHUKOU) in  1932. On the inside, you can see the yellow Manchuria occupation flag alongside the Japanese flag with two rifles crossed above a helmet.  A beautiful silver crane with red adorned the rim fading into the blue. Japan occupied China from 1932 to 1945.  So this cup likely dates between this time period. The Kanji script commemorates a victory an infantry division.  Excellent condition (see photos).
